After our fishing trip was cancelled we decided to do a day fish at 2 separate venues first being mill farm fishery. It was a quiet day to start & pulled out 2 small bream. This is where I last caught my PB & around 2pm nearly lost my rod to a pull from a belter of a carp, I managed to get it close to the bank & could see it was roughly 28-30lb clearly way past my previous PB then the pain came when it came off a metre away from the bank side! 🤦🏻‍♂️ But that’s fishing you win some you lose some it will still never stop me going regularly! 🎣🎣
