Sunny Sunday with Carp: Putting the New Gear to the Test! ☀️🍂🎣 A beautiful, sunny autumn Sunday by the water! I had to be patient and wait out the first bite, but it was absolutely worth it. This 69 cm Common Carp weighing 4.4 kg finally graced the net. 📏⚖️ Today was also the perfect opportunity to test out my new rod, the Daiwa 24 Phantom-X, and it did not disappoint! The action was smooth and it handled the fight with ease. Autumn Gold: The One That Made the Day! ☀️🍂🎣 Today was all about that one special bite! It was a beautiful, sunny autumn day, but the fish were quiet—until the alarm went off. My brother Roman managed to land this stunning 85 cm Murray Cod weighing 9.9 kg! 📏⚖️ It took a piece of chicken meat and put up a fantastic fight. Even when the activity is low, a beast like this makes the whole session worth it. Back Down Under: Straight from the Airport to the Bank! ✈️🇦🇺🎣 I couldn't help myself! Right after landing from the airport, I headed straight to the water. My first Australian fish back is this 67 cm Common Carp weighing 4.1 kg, taken on corn. 📏⚖️ A lot has changed while I was away. The water temperature has dropped, the weed beds have significantly receded, and unfortunately, fish activity has slowed down with the cold. Every run felt like a steam train, and the rod was bent to the limit. These are the moments that test your skills to the max.
