Honored to see a spoonbill in person, was not intentionally targeted, got its bill and tail wrapped up on a retrieve of my bottom rig and only landed to prevent it having 80 lb braid and a 4 Oz sinker attrached to its body for the rest of its life. Left in the water at all times except to carry it back to deeper water, where it was obviously released safely and properly. Swam off strong and hope to see their population continue to grow in the future years

The guy who said the frog hits here was right. Snatched it up on my first cast with it

#keepfishwet only caught one today on a frog from the kayak.

Really slow day but got a couple small bass on the frog. Luckily it was nice outside.

Few things on earth beat pulling these things out of the weeds
