Caught 4 Bass today in an area I like to call “the Cove” here at Occoquan State Park. Weren’t really hitting on artificials but they were killing the live worms… They gave a pretty good fight since Icasted way out there.

Was on our way back to the boat ramp and peeped this very promising spot feeling lucky. Told my brother to let’s stop by and test the waters. As soon as I dropped the anchor I told him to cast a frog out there and see what happens. Nothing was biting so I told my brother to try casting it out 1x on my right hand side which he did then BOOM a FISH was ON HOOK and NETTED ALL IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES! We finally caught the fish we been hunting for almost a year now UNEXPECTEDLY! Yall can tell from my excitement! 🤣 WE GOT DINNER BABY!
