Yesterday's catch was a blast. it's hot but still catching slabs 2.10lb/3.0lb/1.6lb the old golf course pond is providing🤟

I call this dead dink pond. I Fish this pond last year with no luck and was going to abandon this spot because there is so much overgrowth in the pond and no activity I was thinking the pond was dead but heyyy there's signs of fish but no bluegill 🤔 I wounder how they Surviving I'm guessing of the minnows. I want to catch bluegill and release them in this pond and watch it grow and thrive, for the 8 bass I caught and many more to how many there are. Hopefully I can also get carp in there to clean up the place I want this pond to come back to life 🙏

Nice bite on the YUM bug red/gold flake was the ticket for today's pick. Tight lines and keep on lippin.
