A 10 hour fishing trip with just one fish to show, but I couldn’t be happier with this gorgeous Snakehead! Had some other action on a spook which is a rare occurrence for me, but I managed to hook a giant fish that broke me off within seconds. This river is proving to be quite the destination as this is only my third time ever fishing it.

Two days … two three pounders … fall bass bite is on … go get you some. Nice one hour session, caught 4 of 6 … one lost was probably 3 or close to 3 … he outworked me and spit the hook in some submerged tree branches.

Started out slow, but worked hard and ended up with the hawg in the first pic and some other decent LM. Lipless cranks getting it done. 11 in total so no complaints for fall bassin’
