LSC largies were chasing top-water in Campau Bay today. Had to fight the wind more than the fish. Nothing wrong with a good workout but 💨🚣♂️ 😬. I love my OT Top Water 105 especially after all the upgrades (one of the best angler yaks on the market IMO). But, after thousands of hours and hundreds of fish later, it’s probably time to move up to a larger, pedal or motorized yak. It seems stupid, but it’s hard to let it go. Feels like an extension of myself.

First ever perch, not a monster not the most fun fish to catch but it was on my list for species to catch so I’m happy I got it 🤙🏻

First fish caught in Michigan, super fat rock bass. The fish fight so much harder up here then in Tennessee 🎣

Got out for about 90 minutes after work. Fairly windy day, water had a bit of chop to it. Caught this one in the first 10 minutes of my fishing time, but never had another hit. 4# test mono, Sixgill Cares spinning reel on a 7' 1 piece 13 Fishing spinning rod. Fought pretty good, almost straightened out the hook! Probably 13 -1/2 to 14 inches, but that's a guesstimate.
