My son and I are new to foshing and caught our first Red Fish using a 3 inch white paddle tail. The picture is of me holding it but my 13 year old son hooked, and caught the fish, he just needed me to lift it as we were in kayaks and absolutelyunprepared for a bull red. 😆 We have been spoiled by this being our first ever red fish...

We had fun fishing by using breakfast potatoes leftover that we had from our local bar. Turns out that the catfish couldn't resist! We caught maybe 10 that night! One thing I noticed that it is much different than Midwest, we were in Panama City Beach and one of local ponds... We noticed that the catfish had bigger head and shorter body. Not sure if its normal? All of them were like that. Anyway gotta love exploring new places and fish!

went deep sea fishing and 2 red snapper broke my line then we went into the bay and trolled got abt a hour. I caught two blue runners

Does anyone no what type of fish this is ?
